Working PrincipleThe crushing principle of the two-axis shredder is to install staggered blades on the two tool shafts, so that the two tool shafts are broken through the cutting of the blade and the tearing of the knife teeth in the process of rotating opposite. The main shear mode is generally the cutting action of the adjacent knife edge, while the secondary shear mode is the tearing action of the knife teeth.

Double-roller shredder use dual-motor to drive dual-gearbox, turn high rotate speed of the electric motors into low rotate speed of cutter rollers by gearboxes, then cutting, squeezing, and tearing big materials, shred them into small broken pieces.
The rotate speed of the cutter roller is nearly 10-25RPM. Low rotate speed with high torque force. And the materials of cutters are high quality alloy steel with good abrasion resistance.

1. Shredder main body

The main body of the equipment adopts high-quality steel plate welding stress relief treatment/integral machining to ensure the stability of the equipment in the long-term heavy load.

2. Rotary knife/ Fixed knife

The cutting material is made of special special alloy tool steel forging blank, precision machining, multiple heat treatment and low temperature freezing heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness can be repeatedly repaired and used to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed tool adopts the patented hook installation, which optimizes the tool replacement function and makes the tool maintenance and replacement more efficient.

3. Bearing And Seal

The bearing seat adopts the patented split and disassembly type, which can quickly remove the moving tool, fixed tool, bearing and other parts, easy to maintain and replace the tool, and the unique sealing structure effectively blocks the contact between the broken material and the grease, and also protects the bearings and gears when processing liquid materials.
