Working PrincipleThe main part of the double-shaft shredder is a rotor with two blades in a spiral arrangement. The motor obtains a large torque after decelerating through the reducer, and drives the two rotors to move towards each other. During the movement, the teeth on the rotor bite the material and crush the material. Pull in the blades to cut and pull each other to achieve the effect of shredding materials.
Double-roller shredder use dual-motor to drive dual-gearbox, turn high rotate speed of the electric motors into low rotate speed of cutter rollers by gearboxes, then cutting, squeezing, and tearing big materials, shred them into small broken pieces.
The rotate speed of the cutter roller is nearly 10-25RPM. Low rotate speed with high torque force. And the materials of cutters are high quality alloy steel with good abrasion resistance.
