Screw expeller pressing is to separate the oil from oil bearing materials by the pressing power which comes from the change of chamber volume, drive from screw worm, resistance of curve teeth at press rings and extrusion friction between oil materials. Under the big pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from gap of press bars and oil trough of press rings. Either big scale and small scale of screw oil expeller, they have similar theories in screw expeller pressing.

Product Line

1. The sheller shells peanuts to improve the oil yield.
2. Peanut kernels can enter the roaster machine automatically through the feeding machine. The roaster machine uses the drum type to bake and fry peanut kernels. The advantages of the roaster machine are automatic temperature control, even frying, and can improve the oil yield and oil quality.
3. The raw material enters the oil press through the feeding machine and starts to press oil. (Our oil press machine can automatically control the temperature. It has a wide range of raw materials, simple operation and easy maintenance. It is complete in size, medium and small, and can be selected by the processing oil factory.)
4. The pressed oil cake has a wide range of uses and high value, and can be sold to farms. The extracted oil enters the oil filter and finally filters out the finished peanut oil. (The oil filter can efficiently treat oil residue and improve the quality of oil products.)
