Tree branch cardboard maize seed aluminum scrap waste small metal shredder machine

Double-roller shredder use dual-motor to drive dual-gearbox, turn high rotate speed of the electric motors into low rotate speed of cutter rollers by gearboxes, then cutting, squeezing, and tearing big materials, shred them into small broken pieces. The rotate speed of the cutter roller is nearly 10-25RPM. Low rotate speed with high torque force. And the materials of cutters are high quality alloy steel with good abrasion resistance.

Double shaft shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-material is determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, it improves the efficiency of shredding.

Main body
The double shaft shredder uses high quality steel welding to eliminate stress treatment,overall machining,to confirm the machine stability in a long time.
Rotary knife
Rotary knife uses special alloy steel, forging blank, precision machining, heat treatment and multiple freezing heat treatment technology, the toughness and hardness can be used repeatedly, to confirm cutting performance and service life.
Blade quality include 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, SKD- II, D2 etc. Can be customized according to customer.
Chamber
Shred chamber plate is very thick, can resist high torque.
