Adopt vertical directional vibration, pressure forming, synchronous demoulding.The cloth adopts pre-vibration cloth, shortening the molding cycle, improving the production efficiency, dense quality of the block, high strength and accurate size. A block forming machine equipped with a horizontal secondary feeding system can produce colored fabric road bricks. The unique vibration isolation system makes the exciting force concentrate on the mold, which not only ensures the density of the block but also reduces the vibration and noise of the frame. The body is made of super large strong steel and special welding technology, with good rigidity, vibration resistance and long life.
