Working Principle

The raw materials of the brick machine mainly include cement, sand, lime, water and so on. These raw materials need to be mixed in a certain proportion to form the base material of the brick. In the mixing process, it is necessary to use a mixer to fully mix the raw materials. Next, the mixed raw materials need to be molded through the mold of the brick machine. The mold of the brick machine has a variety of specifications and shapes, and can be adjusted according to needs. During the molding process, the mixed raw materials need to be put into the mold and vibrated and compacted to form the shape of a brick. This process requires the use of vibrators and presses. The formed bricks need to be cured and dried. This process requires the bricks to be placed in a well-ventilated area for natural curing and drying. In the drying process, you need to use a dryer to heat the bricks to make them stronger
and more durable.
