Production Line

 

The working principle of the ring mold granulator is to enter the material that has been tempered and stirred into the rotating basin through the feed port. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the material is constantly thrown to the inner wall of the ring mold to form a uniform ring material layer, and then after the strong extrusion of the ring mold and the press roll two relative rotating parts, it is extruded from the ring mold in a cylindrical shape. The particles with uniform growth degree are cut off by the cutter and discharged from the machine, thus completing the whole granulation process.
