1, Hydration degumming, hydration degumming is the use of phospholipid and other gelatinsoluble impurities hydrophilic, a certain amount of water or electrolyte dilute solution stirred into the crude oil, so that the gelatinsoluble impurities in the crude oil water expansion, condensation and separation of a degumming method. 4, Fat deodorization, fat deodorization is the use of fat odor substances and glycerol trifatty acid ester volatilization difference, under high temperature and high vacuum conditions with steam distillation deodorization process. Steam distillation (also known as stripping) deodorization principle, water vapor through the oil containing odor components, vapor-liquid surface contact, water vapor is saturated by volatile odor components, and according to the ratio of its partial pressure escape, so as to achieve the purpose of removing odor components.
