Refining equipment process:
1, Hydration degumming, hydration degumming is the use of phospholipid and other gelatinsoluble impurities hydrophilic, a certain amount of water or electrolyte dilute solution stirred into the crude oil, so that the gelatinsoluble impurities in the crude oil water expansion, condensation and separation of a degumming method. In the process of hydration and degumming, phospholipids are the main substances that can be condensed and precipitated, in addition, there are proteins, slime and trace metal ions combined with phospholipids;
2, Alkali refining deacidification, all kinds of crude oil without refining, contain a certain amount of free fatty acids, the process of removing free fatty acids in oil is called deacidification. The methods of deacidification include alkali refining, distillation, solvent extraction and esterification. In industrial production, alkali refining and water steam distillation (i.e., physical refining);
3, Oil decolorization, oil adsorption decolorization, is the use of some substances with strong selective adsorption of pigments (such as bleaching soil, active clay, activated carbon, etc.), under certain conditions to absorb pigments and other impurities in oil, so as to achieve the purpose of decolorization. The oil treated by the adsorbent not only achieves the purpose of improving the oil color and removing the colloid, but also effectively removes some trace metal ions in the oil and some substances that can cause hydrogenation catalyst poisoning, so as to provide good conditions for the further refinement of the oil (hydrogenation, deodorization);
4, Fat deodorization, fat deodorization is the use of fat odor substances and glycerol trifatty acid ester volatilization difference, under high temperature and high vacuum conditions with steam distillation deodorization process. Steam distillation (also known as stripping) deodorization principle, water vapor through the oil containing odor components, vapor-liquid surface contact, water vapor is saturated by volatile odor components, and according to the ratio of its partial pressure escape, so as to achieve the purpose of removing odor components.
Process points: deacidification, degumming, decolorization, deodorization, winterization and dewaxing, etc. Several steps or all of them can be used for refining according to the variety of crude oil.
